Notice regarding replacement of sheets and gowns during consecutive stays

Dear customers

Thank you very much for using our hotel.
Our hotel aims to realize a sustainable society and is promoting initiatives based on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) advocated by the United Nations.
As part of this effort, we have decided to review our room cleaning service for consecutive stays and review our efforts to reduce the impact on the environment.

■From October 1, 2024/About replacing sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, and gowns during cleaning
When cleaning for consecutive nights, we generally do not change sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, or gowns, but we will replace them if you wish.
In that case, we would appreciate it if you could contact the front desk.
Note: For stays of 4 nights or more, sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, and gowns will be automatically replaced.

■For customers who do not need cleaning
Customers who cooperate with ECO for consecutive nights will receive one free drink per person per night♪
*Please inform the front desk that cleaning is not required by 9am. (Simply posting a "no cleaning required" sign in the guest room will not qualify.)
*We would appreciate it if you could put out used towels, trash, etc. in the hallway by 12:00 noon.
*Towels and amenities (excluding gowns) will be prepared in front of your room by 3:00 pm every day.
